At Gliffy, we take pride in offering unique art and furniture pieces. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unopened and in reusable condition.
• The original packaging must be intact and included.
• You must provide proof of packaging before initiating a return.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

If your return meets these conditions, please contact our support team to initiate the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
